Seated Tai Chi
During 16 class sessions over 8 weeks, you will learn the form of Sun Style Tai Chi in its seated version. Over time, this fall-prevention, joint-safe activity can help reduce symptoms for people with Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, diabetes, lower back pain, arthritis, and depression while seated in a chair. Centers for Disease Control and Injury Prevention (CDC) report this program reduces falls by 55% and recurrent falls by 70%. Age Well (aka CVAA) offers this FREE program for adults 50+. Donations are always appreciated and accepted.
