Age Well, our local Agency on Aging and the Deborah Rawson Memorial Library are sponsoring Seated Tai Chi for Falls Prevention for those 60+ or those who have limiting conditions that would like to improve their overall health, balance, strength, and well-being. Tai Chi is a mild form of exercise that gently works the entire body and mind. Over time we will learn the Sun Style Form and also through mindfulness we will learn ways to reduce stress and tension for you to apply when needed. The form can be adapted to your personal needs so all can participate fully.
