Summer Programming is coming!

Baby Toddler Story Time [birth to PreK] Tuesdays at 10:30am
Join us to meet other parents, caregivers and little ones! We will play finger games, do lap bounces, sing, dance, and read a story or two. No registration necessary.
Beth and David London – Fridays at 11am
This is the last month Beth and David will visit before summer starts so we hope you can join us to sing, dance and listen to stories with them.

Animation Club – Thursdays, May 2nd & 16th from 3 to 5pm [ages 8+]
These are our last two sessions of Animation Club before we break for the summer! We’ll continue to play games, watch inspiring animations, and practice our animating skills. Please sign up for this ever popular program when you call, visit or email the library. And don’t miss the Fancy Screening Night of all the animations at the end of the month.
Jericho Families in Nature – Saturday, May 4 at 2pm – Mills Riverside Park, Jericho (we’ll meet at the bridge)
Spring is Here! Mud Boots for Family Walks. Join Jericho Families in Nature for adventure on trails and in natural areas close to home with other local families! Free and open to all. Walks are about an hour and rain or shine.

Nintendo Switch Games – Tuesday, May 7th from 3 to 4:30pm [ages 8+]
Come play our Nintendo Switch and compete in the kitchen with Overcooked, in the area of Super Smash Bros., on the race tracks of Mario Kart, or on the black top with Sports Resort.
Wings of Fire Club – Wednesday, May 8th from 3-4pm [ages 8+]
By popular demand we bring you a Wings of Fire Club. Hang out with other fans and talk about the books, the dragons, the epic betrayals! At this first meeting we’ll make fanart and spend some time talking about what else we want to do in this club.
Spider Web Bridges – Tuesday, May 9th from 3 – 4 pm. [ages 8+]
The spiders need to cross the stream safely, and they need your help to do it. Using the same materials, each person will make a bridge that will get as many spiders safely across as possible. Please sign up by stopping by the library, calling us at 899-4962 or email [email protected]
LEGO Club – Fridays, May 10th & 17th from 3 to 4pm [ages 6+]
Build a flower garden, a rainbow cruise ship, or a shark on wheels. Whatever you imagine you can bring to life at LEGO Club. Anything you build will be on display in the kids room until the next LEGO club. Please sign up when you call, email or visit the library.
Read to Wyatt — Wednesday, May 15th from 3 to 4:30 [all ages]
cozy up with Wyatt and read some stories. Therapy dogs don’t care how well you read, or if you get all the words right and that helps build a more confident reader. Sign up for your spot with Wyatt when you call, email or visit the library.
Minecraft Social – Thursday, May 23rd from 3 to 4:30pm [ages 8+]
Hop into a one block world, fight creepers in survival mode, or summon an Ender Dragon! Come make new friends, or hang out with old buddies while playing Minecraft! Please bring your own device if you have one. If you don’t but still want to play, the library has a couple devices to play on.
Warrior Cats Club – Wednesday, May from 28th from 3-4pm [ages 8+]
Do you love the Warriors books? So do a lot of people. Join us to chat about your favorite characters, make art and talk all about the story. This month we’ll also make clan badges/keychains! No registration needed. Hope to see you there!
Animation Club Fancy Screening Night – Friday, May 31st 6 to 7pm [all ages]
It’s been an amazing year of animating and it’s time to celebrate. We’re rolling out the red carpet, popping popcorn, and putting on our fancy premier clothes! We hope you can join us for a screening of all the animation masterpieces from this year. Everyone is welcome, whether or not you participated in the animation club.
