Middle Grade Author M.T. Anderson [Recommended for kids 8+]
Saturday, June 28, at 11 a.m.
Hear how living alone with a dog in the midst of the COVID shutdown inspired Vermont author M. T. Anderson to write his Newbery Honor winning fantasy “Elf Dog & Owl Head.” The middle-grade author will talk about the bond between human and animal, and how it might be different in Vermont than in other places. Kids are encouraged to bring their own story to share of an extraordinary animal they’ve known. This program, generously supported by a grant from Vermont Humanities, is recommended for kids ages 8+.
