Appointments for computer use, browsing, and updating cards are now available. Appointments start at the top of the hour on:
Tuesday & Thursday 1:00pm – 7:00pm
Wednesday & Fridays 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Saturdays 11:00am – 1:00pm
You must call to schedule an appointment 899-4962. Email reservations will not be taken.
Masks are mandatory! You must wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth for the entire visit.
Each appointment is limited to 30 minutes so be prompt. Time will not be extended for late arrivals.
Bring your library card. It is now a self -checkout system. Staff can only help from 6 feet away.
Curbside pick-up continues to be offered:

Please place holds online at https://drml.bywatersolutions.com/ If you need help placing a hold or are unsure how to, call us, we are happy to help!
When a hold comes in you will be notified. Call us to arrange a pick-up day.
We are trying to move away from email requests so please use the online holds.
If you must request through email we need your name, title and author of the item and the item’s call number. Also very important, if the item is in or you receive an email notice your hold is ready, tell us what day you want to pick it up!
Email requests are now limited to 5 items but you may place more items on hold using the online system.
How does Curbside pickup work?
Place holds online at https://drml.bywatersolutions.com/. You can also email or phone us with your requests. Staff will place them outside on the bench on the day you want to pick them up, in a bag with your patron ID number on the bag. Your ID number is located on the front of your library card after the U2. You can renew your items by phone or online. If you are a Jericho or Underhill resident and would like a library card, staff can issue a temporary card to use until you can come in for a permanent card. When you come to pick up your items please remember social distancing and wait for the person at the bench to get back to their car before you go to get your items. We know it has been a long time since you have seen some of your neighbors but the parking lot is not a good place to socialize. The book drop is emptied daily so please return your items there only if you are feeling well.
Your items will not be checked in right away. Everything sits in quarantine for at least 72 hours. Our WiFi is available 24/7 outside our building so please feel free to use it. You do not need a password to connect however please be aware it is not a secure connection.
