Mindful Minutes

Join us to practice some mindfulness for Mental Health Awareness month in May! The month’s theme for this year is “more than enough”. We will use this phrase as a jumping off point for creating some positive affirmations. We will also cover what a daily gratitude practice can look like and will read a picture book about meditation.
