Mondays 3, 10 & 17 & Wednesdays 5, 12 & 19 from 10:00 – 10:55 AM
In this program you will learn the form of Sun Style Tai Chi in its seated version. This Fall Prevention joint safe activity over time can help reduce symptoms for people with Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, diabetes, lower back pain, arthritis and depression while you are seated in a chair. Centers for Disease Control and Injury Prevention (CDC) report this program reduces falls by 55% and recurrent falls by 70%. This program is for adults. 50+.
