Computers: Copy, Fax, Print, Scan

The library offers many convenient services.

Computers & Printers

The library currently has six public access computers for patrons. Software available includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Web browsers available include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

There are also two laptops available for patrons to use within the library building.  Please ask at the desk to borrow a laptop.

For information on acceptable use of library computers, please read our Computer Policy and Wireless Policy.

Patrons are able to print from the public access computers to both a black & white laser printer and a color printer.  Costs for printing are:

  • $.15 cents per page for single-sided black and white.
  • $.20 cents per page for double-sided black and white.
  • $.25 cents per page for single-sided with some color.
  • $.30 cents per page for double-sided with some color.
  • $1 per page for full-page color, single-sided.
  • $1.50 per page for full-page color, double-sided color.

Wi-Fi is available to the public throughout the library building and on the outdoor patio for those wishing to use their own computers and devices.

Copy, Fax, & Scan

The library has a copier, fax machine, and scanner available for public use.  Please ask at the desk for details.  Costs are as follows:

  • Copier 8.5 x 11 inch paper: $.15 cents per single-sided page; $.20 cents for double-sided copies.
  • Copier 11 x 17 inch paper: $.20 cents per single-sided page; $.25 cents for double-sided copies.
  • Fax (outgoing): No charge for the cover sheet. The first page costs $2. Each subsequent page of the same transmission is $.25 cents.
  • Fax (incoming): $.25 cents per page.
  • Scanner: Free. You will need to bring a USB storage drive (thumb drive) on which to load the scans.
